(I'm posting this on behalf of my mom and her Bold, so I'll do the best I can)
From what I'm told, the e-mail isn't accessible. She sat down one day and just kept sending test e-mails to herself, and the BB wouldn't recieve them. She can't even access an inbox for her e-mail. We've both checked that we are using the right e-mail, and have changed the address back/forth a couple times. We've used the e-mail Setup Wizard a couple times too, with no more luck than before.
Does anyone have any ideas why this isn't working? If nothing else, does anyone have any suggestions on what to try that we haven't already covered? Thanks in advance.
