If you are eligible for an upgrade & looking for a Bold, depending on what rate plan you have or want, I have found the following:
Walmart has the Bold for free so long as you sign up for a voice plan @ $79.99 per month or higher in addition to the BB data plan.
Newegg.com has the Bold for $189.99 with rebates/discounts on a 2 year contract upgrade.
Wirefly.com has the Bold for $199.99 with rebates/discounts on a 2 year contract upgrade.
Someone else posted that Etrade was offering a Bold for $149.99 but I think that was for a new line of service & not for upgrades.
AT&T is offering the Bold for $299.99 with rebates/discounts on a 2 year contract upgrade.

$299 AT&T online - 25% cashback through Live Search (roughly $75 back). Not too bad.
Too bad they don't have the $50 instant rebate + EWC50 $50 rebate like back when I got it anymore, resulting in $125 total...My website http://papped.webatu.com

I luckily have not upgraded yet (have a 1st gen iphone so no contract at all here). Am waiting till next year (I want the 9900) but got my wife a Bold for xmas from ATT. Got ripped though as Amazon has them for half the price. I would vote Amazon as they do have great service. Newegg has been good for me as well.

the bold and the beautiful in Rockaway NJ
I became due for an upgrade in early Nov. I was tormented as to whether I was happy with my 8820 or I wanted a Bold for the money it would take to get it. One day shortly after, I got a text message, supposedly from ATT and it said that if I came to an ATT store and upgraded - I could get an additional $100 off a new phone. When I went to Rockaway Townsquare ATT company store (in New Jersey), they said they didn't know who sent the text because my account didn't show the credit, but the manager there said she would try and find out. True to her word she called me that evening to tell me she tracked down the offer which was sent to me in my home market (Pennsylvania) but - she could promise that if I returned to her store they would honor the discount. Sure nuff I was there when they opened that next morning and staff called her at home and she knew who I was and what I wanted, and gave them instructions on how to give it to me. So with that $100 and the $100 rebate I got the phone for $199 and a 2 year bump - which I thought was a pretty good deal at the time and have come to find I love the new Bold. Cudos to Sharon (I hope I remember her name correctly) who promised to find out what happened and did the work to make sure I was still a happy ATT customer! Perhaps a visit to the store can get you a similar discount if you are due for an upgrade as well!

North State Communications website states that this is with a two year ATT contract but they do not say on-line what the contract cost is. They require a contact # for someone to call you back and make a deal. You pay 199 with 100 mail in rebate.
