    Default Device Memory on BB9000

    Hi,

Heres the thing. I am trying to access the Device Memory on my BB9000 via windows, as I have done thousands of times. Before, once I connected the BB to my laptop, I was able to access the Device Memory as well as the Mass Storage via My Computer.
Now all of a sudden, I cannot seem to access either.
I have installed BB v.5.0.0.238 operating system, and am running Win XP. Please help as I need to urgently access the Device Memory and do a recover of all files on it.

    Thank you

Default Thanx but still no go

Thank you for your help, and I did try what you mentioned, even before, and now once again. And still it is not working. Still can not access the BB Device Memory.
This what you wrote, "you can enter screen ES affter enable Mass Storage"....not sure what you mean by that.

    Thanx

when you connect your BlackBerry to the desktop manager does it recognize it?
“I admire addicts. In a world where everybody is waiting for some blind, random disaster, or some sudden disease, the addict has the comfort of knowing what will most likely wait for him down the road. He's taken some control over his ultimate fate, and his addiction keeps the cause of death from being a total surprise.”
