Delete Icons?
Is there a way to delete icons like the yellowpages.com and Media Net and crap like that?

Also, I was wondering what the "Email Setup Application" is on the bold. Can I safely get rid of that?

I don't think you can get rid of it. It will just show back up when you get service books again.
I think you can remove the e-mail setup by going to options --> advanced --> applications
