clearing icons totally on desktop
While most of you are trying to fit more icons on your desktop I want to clear all mine bc I mainly use shortcut keys and want a clean clear desktop
Also hiding icons don't work because the next icon just fills the last hidden one
Any ideas?

You need to get a theme to do this. I'm not sure what they're called - but if you head over the the Media Corner forum and check out Bold themes, I know there are some there. Sorry I can't be more specific - didn't take note of where I saw them. Someone with better info will chime in....

The theme you're looking for is made by a fellow Crackberry user named Tito71. It's free, works great and can be found right here.
It also removes the carrier info from the main screen and makes invisible the see-through bar at the top. You can actually put six icons at the bottom. They're invisible unless you scroll over them. Very cool in my book, (Thanks again Tito71!) There are two listed in the thread I've linked to. The one you're looking for is called "ghost". - 01-25-2009, 09:06 PM
