Default Change keyboard without voiding warranty

I don't know why at&t is the only carrier which doesn't use the OEM keyboard (w/ the red number keys). I much prefer the red number keys and I'd like to change the keyboard. However, there's the one screw that's covered w/ the white seal and I assume breaking the seal voids the warranty. Although I'd like to have the OEM keyboard, voiding the warranty isn't worth it.

Is there any way to have an at&t retail store or authorized retailer/repair shop/etc. do it without voiding the warranty?

    Thanks for your input.

You can probably ask a shop.

Some people here have carefully removed the white sticker with tweezers, and put it back on afterwards. If you are brave like Rambo, you can try that.

I seriously doubt any AT&T store is going to open up your phone to swap a functioning keyboard for another one.
