Default Casemate privacy screen

Ok is anyone using this screen on their bold? if so is it normal for the screen to be tinted and grainy looking? yeah its dark when looking at the screen at an angle but straight on its still kinda blurry, grainy, and tinted..am i missing something here?? isnt it suppose to be crystal clear straight on? this screen definitely hinders the bolds beautiful screen.

I put it on this morning and it is a bit grainy (not blurry) and it does takes a little away from the bolds beautiful display but it doesn't bother me at all. I did increase my screen brightness though. I used to have it at 10% but now I have it on 50%.

Well I have my brightness on 100 and my privacy screen is coming in on monday. So I guess I'll update this thread when I get mine. In the meantime, do a quick search for privacy screen and quite a few people have posted up their reviews on it.

thats the whole point of it, its suppose to tint your screen. did you think by putting on a DARK screen it would be bright? maybe you should have read my review and looked at the pics before you bought one

Hey greg. How much tint would I see? I suppose it might be good for the glare from the sunlight but will it reduce my quality to the point where the screen looks like a curve? I did read your review by the way. Excellent.

dude i just read your review and thats the weakest review..you dont even mention in there about the tint and the graininess of the screen when you look at it straight on...heres my review

the screen really hinders the bolds sharp bright screen...its grainy and tinted so its hard to see...no way im using my bold with this thing on...but yes it does work when you look at it from an angle. but you are the looking at it most of the time and my opinion is this screen sucks..dont buy it waste of $15.

but maybe its just me...
