CANT receive emails on my BB anymore plzz help!

I stopped receiving my emails on my bb BOLD anymore ... i was using the advanced backup option and i deleted something by mistake since the i cant receive my emails on my bb nor I could use the email setup... everytime i click it.. it gives me the error msg "your device had an error connecting to the server".. i updated to the lates OS .297 and still same problem .. wen i check the modules for the email setup I can see alot of them not istalled!

I tried adding my gmail also that disnt work and gave me the same error msg!!! i backed up my fone and i wanted to erase everything and load it again.. but if i restore backed up data will it go back to normal?

Try resending your service books through the blackberry website through your carrier.

i tried to go through the blackberry website and re-setup my email or add a new one... it said i have to register my bb with the network which i did so many time!
