Can't Backup *Fully*
Hey guys. I need your help! I can't backup FULLY my BB Bold! I don't know why. I've done upgrades and downgrades on my phone before, and it always says: Error Backing up database(s)
and i go to advanced and see which one it is and there are a few:
Browser Channels
Browser Data Cache
I've had this problem since 228, and now i'm 237. I've used loader to reload the OS, too and I still had the problem. I've never had this issue with my Storm or 8300 or even my 8100.
Any ideas?
The only work around I have is to go into advanced and copy all the databases except for those two, but I have DM autobackup every 4 days, and I usually press yes, do something for a few minutes and come back and it's done. Now it doesn't. I don't know what to do.

Clear your browser cache then try again.

Empty your cache.

If doing the above does not work, try a manual backup, using the advanced option, and then manually moving items from the right, to left side...

I didn't need to change themes. hehe. That's weird about the cache :s ...

As an add on. If ever the cache doesn't work you can clear your log and clean up the emails. Sometimes just the cache clear doesn't cut it for me.
