Hi

I can't save any contacts to my phone,

when i try saving the phone frezzes and then after 3 mins it says 'uncaught exception'
I have tried updating the software, but it is still the same

anyone know what to do ?

There have been many posts along this topic in the past week or so. It seems an update to the chat apps caused it. Uninstalling Yahoo Messenger or Windows Live Messenger (whichever is used) solves the problem for most users.

I uninstalled yahoo messenger, msn and aol....problem still persist....please how can we solve this?
