My Bold turns off randomly sometimes... It won't alert me of phone calls or text messages, until I press the red button and look at the AT&T logo for a second. Any reason why it would be doing this? Could it be something that I was pressing?

Secondly... I went through all my options to make sure I didn't use any data (I don't even remember what I changed). Well I am going to break down and get the data plan, and I want to reset all my options. How do I do this? Does it do this automatically when I update my OS? What is the easiest way to do that?

I am mainly concerned with my bb turning off... Its rather annoying.
