    Default Bold not connecting to computer

    When I connect the bold to the computer, the computer does not register the bold as appearing, but the phone says that it's charging and everything, what's wrong?

    reinstall desktop manager.

    Check in the options menu under memory. check that media card support is set to on. Mass storage support on and Auto enable mass storage is set to prompt or on.

    Try another cable and usb port.
