Default Bold going from 3G to 3G with the Blackberry symbol all moring.

Today my Bold has been going from 3g with the Blackberry symbol(4 dots) to 3G without the symbol. Is this tower, rim, or device issue? 4.6.0.237 San Francisco

Good question, I just had the same thing. A soft reset resolved it.

The flying Ds means you are connected to RIM data (BIS). It may just be RIM having issues

Someone from the Bay area recently started a thread about pretty much the same problem. I can't remember which thread it was. But it sounds like an issue in your area.

I thought the BB logo meant you were connected to BB servers? Doesn't this mean you have a better connection?
