Bold 9000 will simply "reboot" itself all day??? very frustrating!!
please could someone give me advice. my bold 9000 will literally "reboot" itself all the time. middle of a call, as i simply put it down on my desk. or even while it is simply on my bedside table????
i end up missing calls etc as after it has "rebooted" it will ask for my pin number and cannot perform any functions.
i am on O.S 5.0.0.464 . i am not sure what more i can do by myself or do i take it to a service provider to get it checked?
many thanks - 05-12-2010, 08:20 AM #2
just change the OS. Or even just wipe your phone and load the same OS again.

Actually you should wipe the device and install a newer OS, .610 is the latest leak and the best OS 5 build available at the moment.

If you're lucky it's just a memory issue. Do a battery pull, then go to options > memory and look at at application memory free space. If it's already down to 10mb or so right after a reboot, you need to uninstall some apps.
