Bold 9000 os 5

Hi Im trying to boot os 5 onto my blackberry 9000 unlocked and using T-Mobile.
The thing is I dont have a Blackberry plan so i cant just go and update it to 5.0.
I am currently running 4.6 . I want to get to 5.0
I tried downloading it and deleting the vendor.xml file and it still wouldn't install it when i try to use the loader. it would just say add or remove BBM or bbworld. nothing about updating os. I am on a windows vista.
If anyone can help please !!!! thanks!

Just wipe your device, then load os 5.0 on you phone.
