Bold 9000 losing sounds

Hi all;

My Bold is constantly losing the ability to ring. I do a battery pull and it's good for a day or so, and the problem comes back.

I'm on 5.0.0.1728.

What's the best OS to be rid of (or at least minimize) this problem? Link please?

dont push on the back camera. get a blade and lift up on the back plate that houses the camera that should fix it. worked for me.

I rolled back to the last "official" version from the Rogers website, which I believe is 5.0.0.1626 and it has not lost sounds yet.

Seems nice and stable - I think .1626 is a keeper for me.

Mine has quit altogether...no sound...vibrate still works. Has progressively gotten worse and don't know how to fix it. Does anyone refurbish the 9000, or do you have to replace it with a new one? Also need to know how to download the 'saved files' on my BB to my computer.
