BOLD 9000 LED blinks four times and undetected by computer via USB

i was downgrading my BOLD 9000 to OS4 for several reason. during the process the phone battery drained and the process stops halfway. so at this point i knew that my device doesn't have a complete OS inside it.

the problem is when i tried to connect it to my laptop via USB, nothing happens, only LED light blinking four times and never stops.

i know that i need to reinstall the OS, BUT its not possible if the device is not detected by the computer.

is there any solution on how to fix this? i dont think its a hardware problem.these are the method ive tried

-battery pull nothing happens
-BBSAK wont detect
-app loader wont detect
-Desktop Manager V6 wont detect
-the only activity on device is LED 4 blinks when connected to pc

*without the USB connected no activity on LED or screen, just dead.

try updating with your device's battery removed.connect device with usb to pc or laptop.run app loader or desktop manager.they will wipe the device and will also backup and restore.you could try to see if bbsak works before u do the uploading if want to backup your data on the device that way.if it doesn't still move onto the uploading with battery removed.put the battery back in halfway when the process is almost completed.

i cant do anything without the computer detecting my device. ive tried what you suggested,nothing hapens.
when i connect using usb, the LED blinks four times constantly, same thing happened when connected to wall charger. any java application did not detect my bold. is there any other options?
