I'm sure it does help boost the products. I'm excited about it too. But what about competitors? Apple, Motorola, and Palm (heh) now know what's in store for the Blackberry line. If you were developing a competing product, wouldn't a tip off like this be sweet? Quote:

and for those that argue that this purchase of the 9000; and the public posting of the result(s) of the purchase will 'hurt' RIM in anyway...i'm not so sure about that. I'm sure CrackBerry as a site; all the information contained in it and what not...actually helps boost and promote RIM and its products. | |
