    Default Blackberry Bold 900 Helpp Please!!

    Hi guys, im new to this forum and have just got a bb from ebay.

    im having a major problem and need help!

    weneva i go to make a call it say's (call failed) ive tried a o2 simcar and a tmobile and they both have the logo at the top and have the signal, ive go to options and mobile netowkr and it says on etc, ive also been to manage connections and services status and it says not connected for all ov them?? not sure wot to do and need help please.

    Try doing a battery pull while you have both cards in there. Try calling your number also to see if it recieves it or not.

    Hi, ive tried calling the mobile and i get this phone cannot accept calls at the moment, any ideas?

    You sure you havent got your calls forwarded to your voicemail...press your green call button then press your BB button and scroll to options....go into call forwarding and where it says forward unanswered calls...just make sure its set to disabled on all the option...save and exit out and see if that solves your problem.

    If that doesnt solve it then go into menu from your BB button and scroll to profiles...scoll down to where it says advanced and click to enter..click on the profile that says active...scroll down to where it says phone and click on it...scroll to the bottom and make sure that where it says DO NOT DISTURB..make sure its set to NO...save and exit out.

    Hopefully that should help u out...if not it could be a faulty phone therefore you will have to send it back to whoever you bought it from and get them to refund or exchange a new handset.

    You could try ringing your network and see if they are having any problems...if your a contract customer then they should be able to help you out...Tmobile were more than helpful when i had trouble setting up my Bold even though i didnt buy it from them.

    Hi, ive tried the call forward task but wen i go to CALL FORWARD OPTION it says please wait and then a error message that says THE OPERATION FAILED.

    The do not disburd task also does say NO...

    thank you for the help tho, the phone is from a friends friends, he was on 02 and has his phone cut off cos he hasnt paid the phone bill, could they have blocked the phone its self and not just the sim card? i thought they cud only block the sim and not the phone??

    Operation systems?? how do i found out this on the bb? And can the network operation block the phone aswell as the simcard? IE havnt piad your bill and they cut it off??
