Well, I'm not sure what you're asking. Try again without using 1 long sentence.

If you are trying to unlock the phone, after 10 failed attempts, the phone is locked and unusable.

Are you trying to restore the OS? Did you get any error messages?

I'm trying to restore the operating system when I connect to the PC all fine when connecting to the bootrom password calls and says you have 10 attempts but the team did not have a password and when I put the red LED begins to parpadiar and that happens only .

Was this a corporate phone? Maybe it still has an IT Policy that prompts for a password.

There are tutorials in the Blackberry Help section above to remove it if ones does exist.
