Blackberry 9000 battery problems

Hey guys i'm having so troubles with my blackberry bold 9000 seems like i need a new battery its charging fine its just not clickin into the start up screen

What happens if you do a battery pull? do you get a black screen that says "Blackberry" and then has the bar across the bottom while it reboots? Then what happens? Does it ever white screen on you? when this happened to me two weeks ago, it was something on my carrier side and I just had to call them and reregister my phone because I was getting a little red X. up in the top right corner that said I was getting no signal.

A little more detailed information about what exactly is happening with your phone might allow more people to help. But definitely would like to know what happens when you pull the battery, make sure that your Sim card is in correctly, replace the battery, and wait... then what?
