    Default Application Memory VANISHING!?!?!?

My application memory keeps dropping! I had 16.0mb or app memory yesterday morning, then last night I had 6.8mb. I turned my phone off at night and when I turned it on this morning I now had 4.2mb of memory. I just checked it now and I have 843.2KB of memory!!! What is going on here? I havent even downloaded any new apps lately either. Is anyone having this problem???

It's called a memory leak. Have you installed any 3rd party apps lately?

Badly developed apps can cause this...among other things.

Be sure to close apps from their respective menus using Close or Exit. As mentioned above, battery pull will reset your memory.

Again, badly developed apps can do this. Start removing the apps one-by-one (latest app first) and see if one of them is the culprit.

Don't forget to try upgrading the OS if you are on the original AT&T .167, which is very stingy with memory.
