I can't download the youtube application for blackberry storm, I get a message device not supported - Google Mobile Help

It appears that google is trying to get people to go to droid by not correcting problems with their apps on other better devices.

Not the business model I'd choose.
No its because google just came up with their own phone. Its another supposed iPhone killer.

Shame about the non app support, however its true the HQ vids via the mobile site are of a much better quality.

RIM hurry up with the improved browser, hopefully with flash support, then I won't feel so hung up about YouTube.

Yeah I'd definitely agree..the native browser works far better than the app.

I'm using a storm 2 9550 And I'm using youtube 1.6.10... How? I used to have a storm 1. Google stopped supporting this app for the storm since OS .148. So if u want it on your storm2 you're going to have to revert a storm 1 back to 148 , Install it n do an app load/transfer through the download manager...
This is all first hand BS experience btw..

Simply got it on this storm 2 I'm typing from when I demanded a storm 2 after my 4th or 5th storm1 failed on me n presto*... Routine device switch. (yea.. Routine.)

But that's what ya gotta do. Good luck.
