Your system administrator preventing you from using BB app world

I updated to os 5 on my bb8900 but always showing same error. System administrator blocked you. It policy disabled blah blah. Any suggestion? This mobile came with operator o2 and now am in india.

I don't know what "It policy disabled blah blah." means.

But it sounds like the device has an IT Policy on it.

If you are not on a BES, then go into the "How To" forum and look for the thread titled "How To Remove an IT Policy". Follow those instructions.

If you ARE on a BES, then you need to contact your IT administrator.
