YouMail Problem
I upgraded to 4.7.1.61 on my Tour last night. Since then, I have not been able to download the audio messages to my YouMail app. I am getting the transcriptions, but when I try to download the audio, I get "there is a network error, please try again later". I deleted the app, upgraded to the latest version, and restarted the BB. I also checked my firewall (not active). All of my settings are Allow. I tried the TCP, BIS and Auto connections. None of these things worked.
I then tried to use the Joe Krill vyMail app. His will download the audio, but it does not download the entire transcription. I like his app, but I need the full transcription.
I tried to contact YouMail support, but no one is available to help me now.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas? I'm so darned frustrated!
