I deleted it back in November and I want it back.

Problem is the Word to Go was deleted before this version of DM was installed on my PC.

This version of DM doesn't know I had it.

So unless Word to Go comes with the DM it won't have it.

I tried to take it from my wife's back up but no go.

The docs2go files are included in the OS. If you have an OS installed on your computer then the files should be there. It's the just a matter of using DM to load docs2go back to the phone.

Do you have to do something besides just transfer it back to the device and activate it? Whenever I try to open an Office attachment from an email, it says "format not supported". I know i have docs to go on there, so I don't know what the problem is.

The problem is that documents to go isn't able to open every version of the office format but it can open many of them. Also make sure that you have the BlackBerry Attachment Service installed on your device, many times people do an update but forget to reinstall this.
