What app is used to completely wipe a 9780

When I sold my 9780 a few months ago, I used a windows program to wipe the phone clean off everything as if it just got out of the factory with no prior use at all. Someone I know wants to sell their 9780 and I want to help her wipe everything off the device clean.

Can someone remind me with the name of that program ??

options >> security >> security wipe - on the phone itself, should do the trick

Security wipe, also "loader.exe /nojvm" or BBSAK. Or connecting it without the battery to desktop manager and reloading the OS, then reinserting the battery for it to complete the second phase.
