viigo app UGH!!!

i dowloaded the viigo app to my bb 8310 and decided since it takes alot of memory and i really dont use it i was going to delete it...well i went to my advanced options: applications section to delete the app and it doesnt show viigo even on the list! so then i connected my bb to the dm and it doesnt show up there either!!! i went to the viigo website trying to look in the FAQ or SUPPORT section but everything i go to that website it freezes!

how can i get this stupid program/application off my bb?

Suggestion: re download and install it again. Perhaps it will overwrite and appear where it shoudl be

As a side note, viigo won't eat up your memory/battery if you goto the app options and set move to background on close to no and save all on exit no.
