Updated 9000 version (only 9000 for now) to v1.7:

You have to delete the old version first if you don't want 2 BBTetris installed on your system, since I changed the file name.

-Sound is in it's own thread (should help performance, not that it seemed like that big of a deal before)
-Line clear sound volume should be much improved (the music is still pretty loud so it's not extremely noticeable)
-Fix to prevent accidental scrolldown fastdrops
-Added "New Game" option to Menu

As for the Back button closing the app, I'm not sure how to work around this atm as it's the default app behavior. If you use the Red button it just pauses the app though.

I just tried to update my version to 1.7 for 83xx and it's still downloading 1.52...

For some reason I can't get the version to change for 83xx. I think the file is updated though so try it anyways

You even answered my question about whether I'd need to uninstall first (before I needed to post it).

Any way to include a "check for updates" feature on the BBTetris menu so frequent updates could be obtained more easily?

That's odd it paused on the simulator when getting a call.

The back button will close the app. I haven't found a way to override this so far (have one possible idea but I haven't tried it yet).
