Stream .pls using app

I'm looking for an app that i can put in .pls filetypes/streams and listen tothem. I have moodio and its ok... =\ but id really like an app that i can program in my own streams (pls/wma) and listen to them. Free preferred.

has anyone have or know of an app that will play .pls files? I am ripping my hair out trying to locate one. Almost makes me want to program my own, haha.
