Default Storm 9550 App World Issue

A friend of mine is having a strange issue w/ her Storm. We've uninstalled App World, re-installed it, everything; however, upon re-installing it, opening App World and accepting the EULA; when she clicks on My World, she is again prompted for an EULA. She clicks "Accept," the screen goes away, but she's left on the main App World Page. If she clicks on "My World" again, she again gets the EULA. Any suggestions?

also, if she clicks "My Account," she gets the same EULA. we've accepted it countless times, but we simply can't get beyond it.

well, we got it fixed. we downloaded App World from Blackberry's website w/ the phone connected to the pc and after a reboot, all is well.
