This may not catch everything - others, please comment...
Go to Options (the wrench icon), choose Applications. On my BB, there are options to view the "Third party applications" - IE, not from RIM. Then there are "add-on" applications which seem to be those that are RIM or carrier installed. There is also a "Core" category.
Look at the third party applications that are installed. You should recognize the ones you installed.
On the applications screen, hit the menu key and choose "Modules". This shows you a list of all the modules in the system. It's more detailed and includes a lot of modules that start with net_rim. I'm guessing the "modules" option is just a different way of looking at the same data.
As far as I know, everything installed on your phone is visible in Options/Applications and Modules. Anyone else care to comment?
