Default quicklaunch won't update

I'm running quicklaunch 2.15.3 on an 8320. When I go through the options menu to "check for update" I get the following:
"Error connecting to update server."

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling (following the directions about permissions), all to no avail.

Suggestions?

Thanks
m

If you bought in the cb app store or mobihand just log in and download the update. It will email you the link.

Does that mean that the update function within the program doesn't work in general? On my phone?

It may just be that the server its trying to contact is down. I used this feature a few days ago to update on my 9550 with no issues.

I've tried it other times in the past; no dice.

Just go re-download from wherever you purchased. Much easier.

Tried that too a couple of times. Unless you mean download new versions as they appear--which is what I'm stuck with since this function doesn't seem to work on my phone.

I only seem to be able to get 2.15.3. Where/how did you get 2.15.7?

That was the point of this thread--the update option doesn't work.

I was just stating that it (update option) worked for me. I don't know why it doesn't work for you.

I'm still running 2.12 because App World won't update yet.

It happens sometimes. I don't know why. It's a new feature. Either a bug or server is busy. Not sure.
You'll have to wait for the update I guess.
