Arrow Quick Private Beta invitation for Restart BB Application!

Dear All,

We are ready with a new Restart BB application.

Tired of pulling the battery out of device every time you need to restart it? Using Restart BB you can now restart your BlackBerry device with just a click of a button!

We want to test run this app for different device types and OSes. In case you are interested in trying a pre-release app, please post below your device model and full OS version so that we can get the ball rolling. I think we will start with a small group (maybe the first 15 to reply) for private beta.

Screen shot attached for an idea.

Best Regards,
Ani.

Works as advertised. It does take about 20 seconds to do the reboot.
Thanks Ani

It does work. The only issue I see is that after reboot it shows the prompt saying "restart complete-changes have been successfully applied". This has to be physically acknowledged before the device can be used. I believe this is a problem on newer devices with newer OS's, as I have had this problem with all restart apps including MeterBerry, QuickPull, Quicklaunch, and a few others.

If you could find a way to automatically dismiss this prompt without the user having to do so, it would be a killer app for me. A scheduling function would also be a nice addition.

Thanks,
Brad.

It does work on my Curve. And I totally agree with what MADBRADNYC said.
