Default questions about telenav: first, its acting up.. what to do? second: why do I pay?!

I've had telenav on all of my bberries (with sprint tho) and they've always been *free* and had sound. Since reaching a few weeks in with my new 9900 on at&t (new carrier), why do I have to PAY for turn-by-turn?!

Aside from this, my gps has become super glitchy. Takes forever to start mapping (sometimes it won't even do that..). And if I just minimize it to txt/email, and I try bringing it back up, it glitches out and won't display the map anymore. I'm thoroughly irritated. Ugg!
Help?

When I was with ATT I paid $10 per month for TeleNav and I paid without hesitation. I liked the fact that my maps were always current and I like the real time traffic and construction updates. Now I'm with Verizon and I paid $10 for the whole year. I'm quite pleased.

Trouble shoot way you would any similar app issues. Try a hard reset, check your free memory, look at what else you have running.

As already posted, it's a premium app. Back in the day it was the only way to get voice directions. If you weren't paying for it before, maybe it was bundled as part of your service.

I never paid a DIME for telenav on sprint!

I digress, I uninstalled/reinstalled it and thus far its working beautifully and as it should be.

Excellent. Hopefully that is all that will have been necessary.

I have it (telenav)on 9850 official OS. Entering address will freeze device requiring bat pull. Waiting to unfreeze you will eventually get a white screen application eror which will then cause the device to reset. Tried unistalling and reinstalling the app, and then the OS. No luck - all permissions I can allow - which is everything except security timer/timeout and simulated imput have been allowed.

Don't know why I paid for this either. I paid allot more for Garmin on my 9530/9550 - - but it always worked perfect.
