Default Question about App memory ???

My 9360 has about 95 MB of free app memory , and it's being very slow and laggy ( maybe it's just the leaked os 7.1.0.190 ) , its boot time is more than 7 minutes.
It never lagged that much before when I used to have about 110 MB App storage.
I like doing battery pulls every day , because it gives me the "your phone has just got a lot faster" feeling , but it starts to lag again after 3 or 4 hours of use.
So whats the minimum App storage to keep free so my phone would stop freezing ??

I'm running 7.0.530 and have about 150,1 mb free space even with 23 downloads (19 apps and 4 games). Don't forget to delete the unnecessary languages in 'Help'. It could easily save you 15 mb of space.

I'm not really a fan of doing battery pulls, so I empty my browser cache every day and do a memory clean (that shredder icon) and also a 'ALT LG LG' once in two weeks.

My Curve actually never freezes this way..
Or like you said, maybe it's the leaked version.
