jjordan1st,
Try upgrading to the newer verion 1.2.0.48 (AppLock for Blackberry - Password protect applications, messages and media files without locking the entire device)
I heard that it fixes some bugs. So maybe it will fix your problem.
And if not post back here, Ani usually checking the forum.

No problem. At the bottom of your other post, you have "Application ID: 1.1.0.48" And the newer version out now is 1.2.0.48, so thought maybe the upgraded version would fix it for you.

I figured out how to get the lock of videos after you have selected em and they are about to play. You have to go to native apps and view the hidden ones and check the app that says now playing. This worked for me.

My new problem is that now I have just bought it and I can't get my pictures to be protected. I go to protect file and search and get to my pictures in my sd card and I check it. I then chose enable protected.

When I back out and go to my pictures tho it is unprotected and doesn't ask me for my password.

Any ideas?

Try switching on Enable Constant Protection, then let the backlight go off and see what happens when you goto Pictures? Does it asks for password?

Thanks,
Ani.

I posted in the thread above already, however, if anyone can help that would be great - I downloaded both steps, rebooted, and tried to update license, and the applock is still in "trial."

so i just downloaded applock 1.3 mainly to lock pics/pic folders. however now bbm is constantly locked and it becomes very annoying to constantly put in my pw.
I cannot find it anywhere on the apps list, even when i click show all, or try to add an additional app. bbm is no where to be found on my phone? and yes i do have the latest version of bbm as well (.57)
any ideas?

Go to native apps then add another app then show all. Look down the list till you get to net rim bb qm peer and click it. That will unlock bbm.

I have also found that you can't lock pics unless you want to lock all your media content which sucks.
