It says it requires OS 6 software.

I'm betting that the developer accidentally submitted it as a OS 6 app and RIM didn't catch it.

Also, I'm pretty sure PlayBook apps are hidden until the launch or another announcement.

Nope actually when you submit your app the highest up you can go is OS6. They do have where you can set the supported devices to PlayBook. But for whatever reason they do not have the PlayBook OS in the app world vendor portal.

On a side note I still haven't heard squat about my app
