No emails or facebook updates

I searched through the previous posts and nothing has worked yet. I'm getting text messages and calls but no e-mails or facebook status updates. Everything was fine yesterday. I waited on hold with ATT for 15 minutes but gave up.

Anyone else having this issue? My wifes phone is having the same issue so I'm pretty sure it's not just my phone.

Were you able to fix this problem? My phone recently started doing the same thing. I updated Ubertwitter and FB two weeks ago and ever since my emails either don't come to my phone at all or come in hours later than they do to my actual mailbox on the computer.
