Default no 3rd party apps after update to 6.0.0.534

hi, updated OS to 6.0.0.534, restored 3rd party apps with bbsak, they are on my torch and all are working well, however it doesnt show them on bb desktop manager or on the phone app list or app world. So I cant update or remove them if I need to. is there any other way to make them visible, rather than reinstalling all of them? thanks in advance

No there isn't when you backup and restore the 3rd party apps via BBSAK it installs as a "BBSAK backup" file on your phone. Only way to make them visible is delete and reinstall one by one via app world

Don't click the "Restore Apps" or whatever button. Go to the "file manipulation" tab and select "install cods" then just navigate to wherever the backup file is, highlight all your app cod files, and install them. This will install them normally.

i also try to make a habit of doing a "read system" and pulling the cod files from there into subsequent folders.

time consuming (and over the top to some) but it's come in handy more than once...
