Default Changing Profile Manually

This looks like a great app and one I had been hoping would come out. My only question is what happens, if I set it up to change automatically at a location and then change it again manually. For example:

Suppose I have it set up so that it is on vibrate when I am at home, but then while I am home I decide I need it on loud for a while. If I manually change the profile to loud, will it stay this way until I manually change it back? or will this app continually try to change the profile back to vibrate because it has detected that I am home?

from my experience, the app will not continue to retry but instead kick in once your next location arrives.

My personal review of Location Profiler -

I actually had the opportunity to beta test this product and i must say that at first i had my reservations, but it has really turned out to be a pretty neat app that i've found very useful. I was already a Profiler user but have equally fallen in love with this app.

Pros:

Eliminates manual profile switching, especially if running along side Profiler.

Great for those locations where you need very distinctive profile settings i.e. church, office, etc

If you configure your own greeting, you get to see crazy looks on people's face when it announces that "You've Arrived!!"

Cool factor, itself!!

Outstanding support

Intuitive interface

Cons:

None yet. I'm quite impressed. If I had to list a con, it would be on RIM's' behalf in not making this a native feature.

Smilley,
Are the upgrades going to be free once you purchase? If not I will wait for a stable version, do you have an idea when the GPS version will be available.....this will be MUCH more precise

Yes free updates. the current version is very stable.

GPS version i'm still looking into and it will take longer for testing once we have the beta version.

Default Bluetooth & WiFi

Just a quick question since I just loaded that beta.

Is it possible to also allow that when switching profiles accoring to location that it not only changes between quite, vibrate & sound but that if also handels the switching on and off of bluethooth and Wifi to save Battery.

e.g.
Profile Home - Set to vibrate, Wifi ON, Bluetooth Off

Profile Work - Set to Normal, Wifi ON, Bluetooth Off

Profile Car - Set to Loud, Wifi off, Bluetooth ON

In addition the app would be even more perfect if it would switch also profiles accoring to schedual.

Cheers
Rar9
