You're not alone. Mine does the exact same thing and no number pad will show up. I've tried everything. Maybe its a glitch IDK?

*sigh* this must have been my fifth time or so explaining this...sorry but its alil frustrating

go to app > touch bblogo in middle (do not click or move finger) > keep it still touched for bout 15-20 seconds > keypad comes up > type in new password

*(make sure ur options is set to tap interval: 100; hover period: 100; swipe sensitivity: 6)*

Sorry everyone I can't answer all your questions. Thanks for those who are helping others out I appreciate it. You will be awarded a fee copy of the aid version for your troubles. =)

Little Update
I have most of the code complete. I have it working for phone calls and when the screen fades out. I just have to tweek a few more things and it should be ready for the beta testing. No need to ask for beta testers, I will hand choose them.

I'm also working on the battery consumption. A few of you are saying it's draining it like crazy, and I found out why. That will be fixed in the latest version too.

I figure you have the latest version right?

What I would do is uninstall the app and reinstall it, maybe something happened while it was installing before. Also try setting the permissions to Allow

I'm pretty sure dmglakewood doesn't sleep.. He just codes for 12 hours..then sits there with his eyes open until a sudden noise stirs him..then he goes right back to it!

I LOVE YOU MAN!!!! PURELY HETERO though. It worked when I set my tap interval and hoverperiod down. What the deal with that, if possible? I had my tap and hover set to max. What does that do?

Yes just do the same thing you did to set the pass code the first time, by holding your finger on the center of the blackberry logo, and then you just enter the new code. You can disable the lock by entering the code 0000.
