You have to go to mobihand / crackberry and download it. Even though the site may still say 4.0.4 download it anyways.

This isn't an official release yet just a under the table type thing. I've been beta testing it for a while and it's running perfectly. Once a few others confirm it's running perfectly then I will make it official.

I am not one to complain about your product, in fact I love the idea. I am sending this as a result of my findings since updating to 4.0.6. I am on OS .148 and have 3 apps running, StormSlider, Quick pull and Berry Weather. I am on the standard theme and have no others installed. Here is a list of memory readings since upgdating:
33.6 @ 252 PM
32.6 @ 300 PM
30.3 @ 307 PM
29.4 @ 315 PM
27.7 @ 320 PM

Any suggestions?

Are you sure thats not BerryWeather that is causing that sever drop? Are you using MeterBerry? I have had 4.0.6 hand have not had a single drop in memory. What other apps do you have on your device? I would recommend jumping on .151, way better memory management as well as faster, smoother and overall better build.

I am honestly not sure that it is not Berry Weather. I will uninstall it and check. And I have tried to upgrade to .151, but to be honest, I could not get it to work. This is my first BB in YEARS, and not hip on how to do all that stuff yet. Any advice?

Yeah a lot of the time weather apps can be the culprit of memory drain. I would recommend refreshing your memory and read through the BB101 Lecture Series (link in my sig) and there is a how to upgrade/downgrade lecture in there. It is really easy and I'll send PM you with steps and recommendations so we dont hijack dmg's thread. Give me a sec.

So far everything works for me except having the lock button activate the program. All permissions are set, did 2 batt pulls

Lock on Dim works fine, works from bb menu>lock screen

just not from the physical lock button

am I doing something wrong perhaps?

trying a reinstall and seeing from there how she goes

Just d/l the update and rebooted. I'm having the same problem.

Also, the pic i set as my bg is oriented the wrong way.
