IF YOUR PHONE IS LOCKING UP : BOOT IN SAFE MODE. DO A BATTERY PULL AND WHEN THE PHONE IS COMING BACK ON HOLD THE BACK/ESCAPE KEY (LOOKS LIKE A LOOPING ARROW) THIS WILL BOOT INTO SAFEMODE. THEM REMOVE THE APP AND DO ANOTHER BATTERY PULL.

MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE NEWEST VERSION 3.6.1

ALSO MAKE SURE YOU SET PERMISSIONS TO ALLOW BEFORE INSTALLING.

WORKING FLAWLESSLY ON MINE NOW.

STOP BlITCHING PEOPLE. ITS A DOLLAR. I PAY MORE THAN THAT ONE WAY TO WORK AT THE TOLLS...

DMG THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT. I HAVE FOUND SOME STUFF ON THIS ONE THAT COLD USE WORK BUT I'LL SAVE THEM FOR LATER WHEN THINGS CALM DOWN. FOR NOW ITS WORKING PRETTY GOOD...

THANKS

I ALSO DID NOT USE THE COUPON CODE, FIGURED YOU DESERVED THE EXTRA CASH....

I'd prefer to just have the manual option of pressing the lock button.
working on that right now

totally bought this today due to the article on crackberry's main site. great app!

Couple Ideas/Thoughts/Suggestions (appologies if they've been said before):
1) During a phone call, if you unlock the phone, it would be cool if you could lock it back via call options menu. i.e. you answer a call and it locks. then you need to look up a number from your contacts or something while on the call so you unlock. currently you can't lock it back up so that your face doesn't accidentally hit buttons.
2) On the password input screen, have hover_over and on_click images so that you can tell which number you are clicking

thanks again for all the hard work on this awesome app!

So technically it's not "attached" to the physical lock button... just takes advantage of the fact that when the phone is "locked" the screen automatically dims...which kicks the stormslider into action.

DMG, please correct me if i'm wrong....
OoooOOOOOoooooOoOoOoOoOoOoooo!!!!

Ok so I get it. Didn't understand originally but when you manually lock it using the built in lock option it will lock as normal and then shortly after the screen dims which makes stormslider kick in. Excellent.

I was about to ask the same thing. I paid the promo price but due to the excellent support I'd like to at least cover the different between the reg. price and sale price.

Any time I try using the application, I get a message about it wanting to change permissions. When I select OK, I get the Permissions screen and it shows me that Input Simulation is set to Deny. I try to select Allow, but I'm unable to do so.

I'm guessing this must be because of policies set by my BES administrator?

Not right yet, but I will be adding that once everything is running perfectly.

I will have 2 options
1. Set amount of time the screen stays on while he slider is active
2. Set the amount of time the screen stays active while the slider is not active

I just wanted to say that I love this app. Good work and I can't wait for the alarm function to work properly. That's all.

App is working almost perfect now. The only thing that is happening to me is when I press lock, the screen dims, then comes back on to show me the slider, then back off after my 30 seconds (my dim setting).

Excellent app, Excellent support!
