I was going to say 4, but I couldn't recall how many. I played one twice in my life I think.

Not sure how easy this is to program but, that's what it needs, if you can't make it polyphonic.

I've got an old Moog in my closest. Should put it up on eBay.
Yeah, that's what I'm looking to do now. I'm going to hold the note out longer until a new key is pressed then kill the first note and play the new one. I have to figure out how to kill a note though. There is nothing provided in RIM's reference guide about it.

I know there might be a bit more script to add in but... Is it possible to say tone x plays note a, tone y plays not b, tone x+y plays c (which would be the combination of the two if you were able to find them online.)?

dmglakewood,

Was just thinking, could get polyphony out of it if you didn't use sampled sounds for the tones and went with MIDI notes instead? The MIDI ringtones are polyphonic.

I know the sampled notes do sound more realistic but, if it's a choice between sounding more realistic and being able to play fast/play chords...the latter wins every time, at least in my book.

Well forgive me, I have no musical abilities at all lol.

With that being said...when you press two keys down at the same time it plays a different note correect? If someone could provide me with a guide or something that shows what note is played by pressing the two keys down I could come up with a multi touch solution.

I can shorten the notes down too, their set at 500 milli seconds so it playes them a little longer. I could set them at like 250. It would play the note for half as long but allow you to play faster.

Thanks for the app! One thing I noticed is that the volume is very low and I can't seem to increase it. Any ideas?

That's funny, mine was way up and I couldn't decrease it. Must be all the lost volume from the silentsaber app.

Any chance of you making a lighter app? I'd be glad to pay for that one... It wouldnt have to flip or light or anything. Just a lighter with a looping flame on it. Just open the app and presto there's fire...?
