Okay the app is updated to 1.1.1 and it should fix the issues you guys were having.

Thanks DMG been looking for something like this for some time now.
Just bought and downloaded the app.
Is there anyway to incorporate this into the Incoming Call screen to include the City & State where the call is coming from instead of having it have a PopUp that goes away too quickly?
Then after the call is ended have the PopUp give you your different choices?
