so today i was on the subway (underground) and I had radiosaver working in the background but it didnt turn off my radio. Like when i clicked on "manage connections" it still had my network carrier and wasnt turned to off.

I am really confused with this app and was wondering why this is happening and can someone explain to me what are perfect settings

Does Radio Saver take more battery power if you have it on "just in case" you go into an area with spotty service, and is it a bad idea to leave it on all the time? I work in a building where there is service in some areas and none in others, and I'd like to just have it on all the time so that I don't have to think about turning it on or off.

I am posting here because I seem to be having trouble creating a ticket on the website. Also I have yet to receive a reply from an email sent one week ago. Currently the program seems to function how I program it even after battery pull. However the options in the program appear to default with every battery pull. Is there a way to get the options in the app to show that they are still correctly set after a battery pull? Thanks in advance.

Often my Radio Saver won't turn radio back on. Cannot disable the program without battery pull. Numerous emails have gone unanswered.
Naturally, I paid for the program.
Why is it free programs always work well?

The wifi thing is kind of annoying. Other than that, the app works fairly well. I would like the option to keep wifi off. I would also like the more options in customizing. For example to be able to set it to turn the radio off, if the signal drops for 10 seconds. and for it to turn back on after 30 seconds.

Well as you can tell to the lack of reply I received from my post that the support is just not there. I also emailed them many times and never received a reply back. The only replies this company will do is for whatever new product that is currently being released. Finally in my frustration I posted in the thread for his newest application that he was selling. That got a very quick reply from him that said to send him a pm. The issues I have with the settings never saving he said not to worry about because right after they were finished fixing the bugs out of the one that was just released, they were going to completely rebuild this one next. That was many moons ago my friend. Just like some other companies that have gone this way also here recently in the blackberry application business, don't expect anything once they have your money. My only suggestion is that hopefully you purchased through Mobihand and not app world. And you should probably ask for a refund before time runs out.
