Mobihand Problem: can't get my QuickLaunch

So I just ordered QuickLaunch. My first purchase from Mobihand. Went direct through them because I missed the 50% CB sale and had a discount offer from MH.

I got my confirmation emai with Activation Code but there's no link to go to??
They have my PIN but nothing in BB Messenger.

At MobiHand site under "My Account" it shows it's a purchased app.
I can see the activation code.
But no way to download from MobiHand that I see.

From Mobihand FAQ:
Where can I Download my software and see my Activation Code(s)?

You can see your activation codes and re-download previous purchases either from the download link(s) provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your software account.

I have looked all over, don't see a place to do a download direct from mobihand, either to desktop or via SMS to phone. (At handango if you want to re-download purchased apps it's all right there under my purchased software info.) I emailed mobihand support but it could take 24 hours. I'm getting ready to go out of town and wanted to set this up this a.m.

Any tips anyone?

You can try to email their customer support directly. Be sure to indicate your order ref num and state your issue. That's what I did when I got issues downloading too

Thanks, I have emailed them. Just wanted to get this setup in a hurry since I'm leaving.

You had the same download issues?

Are you logging into your software account on your phone or computer?

Computer. Is phone better?
Edit: tried phone log in, don't see anything there either.
Wow, this is sort of a pain...

Just wanted to thank you again wingzfan61, bless you!
As I mentioned in my PM, it's d/l installed & activation code they gave me won't work.
Per MobiHand support, codes are based on Device ID. I entered the correct PIN from my Tour.

Guess I'll have to send MobiHand another email.

OK, I think I see what the issue is now.
Caught at the bottom of the d/l screen it's version is 2.10 but it's QuickLaunch 83xx.
Does that mean it's for one of the earlier Curve models?
