You could download the podcast on your computer and drag and drop using Roxio.

Does ROxio come with the pearl? drag and dropping gets really old after owning 3 ipods. I was hoping the bb had some sync software for it.

Just get audiobay podcast software. Downloads podcasts over the air on schedule to your media card.

Except Audobay looks like it's Windows Mobile or Pocket PC only...

You could always try

podnova . com

they have clients for OS X, windozes, and linux.

Or there is these other methods.

Audiobay is okay. I've used the Windows version. But, it cannot get its own data connection. Therefore, the scheduling option does not work. You have to establish a data connection (by opening up your browser for instance), then open Audiobay and download the podcasts.
