HELP! Two quick questions about Shazam.....

I had this app on my Storm (just got rid of the Storm, though, and now have a Bold), so correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't I just be able to download Shazam on to my Bold, and just enter in some registration/account info, and not have to pay again? Or what...?

Also, of equal importance...I don't remember my account info for when I first purchased Shazam! How can I find all that?

contact shazam with your old and new pin number. they will fix it.

All right cool, I just did that. Are they generally pretty prompt with their responses and resolving things like this?

ive never dealt with them personally but ive heard from some people they were fast and some saying it takes them a few days.
